About the Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Lead FP&A Strategist to spearhead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis initiatives. This key role will collaborate with business leaders to drive informed decision-making, optimize financial performance, and support long-term strategic growth.

The ideal candidate combines in-depth financial expertise with exceptional business acumen and strong communication skills.

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Leverage data analytics to inform budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the organization.
  • Partner with business units to understand financial drivers and align financial plans with business strategies.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with accounting and business teams to ensure accuracy in reporting and compliance with internal controls.
  • Present financial dashboards, variance analysis, and management reports to leadership.
  • Drive automation and efficiency in FP&A processes using tools like Power BI or Anaplan.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide recommendations to enhance financial outcomes.

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) degree or equivalent.
  • 6-8 years of relevant FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Business Finance experience.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency in ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
