We seek an experienced Human Resources leader to join our organization. This key role will be responsible for leading and managing the Human Resources function, ensuring smooth execution of HR operations, policy adherence, compliance, and implementation of strategic initiatives that foster employee engagement, learning & development, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing HR team and oversee day-to-day HR operations.">
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes to ensure seamless talent acquisition and retention.">
  • Maintain accurate payroll records, ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, PT, gratuity, welfare, etc.), and drive cost efficiencies in HR-related expenditures.">
  • Drive employee engagement and Learning & Development initiatives to enhance organizational capabilities and promote a positive work culture.">
  • Oversee performance management, appraisals, and promotions to ensure fair and merit-based recognition of employees' contributions.">
  • Handle employee grievances and ensure policy adherence to maintain a productive and respectful work environment.">

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.">
  • 10+ years of proven HR leadership experience with a strong track record of success.">
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.">
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance to navigate complex regulatory environments.">
