About Our Team

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team and drive the overall human resources and administrative functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, leading recruitment efforts, championing employee relations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative processes. The role involves developing and implementing effective recruitment and onboarding strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, conducting orientation programs for new employees, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement performance management processes.
  • Identify training and development needs for employees.
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Manage office facilities, including space planning and maintenance.
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Work Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM (With Alternate Saturdays & Fixed Sundays Off)

Academic Qualifications – MBA HR
