- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions in Tally Prime Gold or QuickBooks.
- Maintain general ledger, balance statements, and P&L accounts.
- Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations and cash management reports.
- Process accounts payable and receivable; reconcile financial statements.
- Invoicing and Client Management:
- Raise invoices to clients based on sales terms and follow up for timely clearance.
- Maintain legal contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
- Assist with investor-related work such as issuing CCD certificates.
- Prepare, send, and store invoices; contact clients for payment reminders.
- Payroll and Employee Expenses:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Review staff reimbursements and expense vouchers.
- Collaborate with administration for employee travel requests and project-related expenditures.
- Compliance and Taxation:
- Prepare and file TDS and GST on a monthly/quarterly basis.
