Key Responsibilities:
  • To lead the end-to-end delivery of AI/ML solutions tailored to the travel domain.
  • To oversee cross-functional delivery teams across multiple disciplines.
  • To drive excellence in delivery execution and align with client KPIs, SLAs, compliance standards, and digital transformation goals.

P&L Management:

  • Accountable for revenue growth, cost optimization, gross margins, and EBITDA.
  • Partner with sales and account management teams to grow existing accounts and win new logos.
  • Forecast revenue, manage budgets, and report on financial and operational performance.

Client Engagement & Growth:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Lead solution discussions, value articulation, and co-creation workshops that drive business outcomes.
  • Cultivate long-term strategic partnerships through consistent delivery performance and AI-led innovation.

Capability & Team Development:

  • Build, manage, and scale a high-performance global delivery organization.
  • Drive hiring, mentoring, upskilling, and retention of top-tier talent.

Strategic Planning & Innovation:

  • Collaborate with product and R&D teams to define travel-centric AI offerings.
  • Monitor industry trends and integrate emerging technologies into the service portfolio.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
