Executive Director Job Opportunity

We seek a seasoned Executive Director to lead our Banking and Finance team, focusing on delivering Data & AI services.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a visionary leader with experience in managing large-scale portfolios in the Banking and Finance sector.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in stakeholder management, project delivery, and financial acumen, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery Management:

    • Oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple projects within the Banking and Finance sector.

    • Manage and lead a large team of resources, ensuring timely delivery, profit, and quality standards.

    • Ensure effective project governance, risk management, and escalation processes are in place for all projects.

  • Stakeholder Management:

    • Serve as primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, including C-level executives.

    • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their strategic objectives and ensure alignment with delivered solutions.

    • Act as trusted advisor, providing proactive solutions and insights to drive client success.

  • Management Consulting:

    • Provide expert consulting services to Banking and Finance clients, assisting them in transforming business processes and IT strategies.

    • Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and help clients navigate digital transformation and Data & AI initiatives.

  • Sales and Business Development:

    • Lead sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.

    • Drive expansion of portfolio by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.

  • Profit and Loss Management:

    • Owning portfolio, ensuring profitability and responsible financial management.

    • Track financial performance, including revenue, margin, and cost optimization.

Requirements

  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or other relevant advanced degrees are preferred.

  • Experience:

    • 18+ years of experience in IT services / Management Consulting, with at least 10 years in leadership role.

    • Proven track record of managing large-scale portfolio in Banking and Finance domain focusing on Data & AI service offerings.

    • Experience in managing large teams of professionals across multiple locations.

  • Key Skills:

    • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to drive large teams to achieve strategic goals.

    • Client Management: Exceptional client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities, particularly at executive level.
