About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned project coordinating specialist to join our team.

As a key liaison between clients and internal technical teams, you will be responsible for driving conversations, prioritising tasks, identifying improvement areas, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client communication and clarify requirements
  • Drive project discovery, scoping, and execution for data analytics, AI, CRM, and digital transformation projects
  • Translate client needs into actionable plans for technical teams
  • Identify risks and resolve blockers to ensure timely delivery
  • Prioritise and assign tasks, ensuring team alignment and accountability
  • Review solution designs and suggest optimizations based on industry best practices
  • Maintain project documentation, status updates, and reporting dashboards
  • Drive continuous improvement by analysing feedback, metrics, and team retrospectives

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of program or project management experience in tech consulting or product teams
  • Experience in Data Analytics, AI/ML, and CRM platforms
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and contribute to solution discussions
  • Exceptional prioritisation, time management, and team coordination capabilities
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Experience with data visualisation tools or product management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's or PhD in Project Management, Business, or related field preferred
