About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect to join our team. As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines that collect, process, and store large amounts of structured and unstructured data.

You will develop and optimize data models for efficient querying, reporting, and analysis. Your expertise in SQL, Python, and QA will ensure the accuracy and reliability of data across systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Designing, developing, and implementing scalable data environments and distributed/real-time systems.
  • Building and maintaining cloud-based and SaaS data warehouses such as Snowflake and Data bricks.
  • Developing efficient ETL/ELT pipelines to support business intelligence, analytics, and real-time applications.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to integrate and build data platforms supporting BI, Analytics, Data Science, and real-time applications.
  • Leveraging your expertise in SQL, Python, and QA to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data across systems.
  • Implementing data quality strategies to ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms.
  • Collaborating with teams to automate data discovery and metadata management using data catalog tools like Ablation, and scripting APIs to streamline processes.
  • Applying Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) best practices, including source code management with Git, CI/CD, and test-driven development (TDD).
  • Leading projects proactively, ensuring on-time delivery and driving successful project outcomes.
  • Communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, helping to initiate and drive projects forward.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience as a Data Engineer in a global organization.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced proficiency with SQL, Python, and QA.
  • Some knowledge of business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Experience with Machine Learning is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud-based data storage and processing systems like Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, and Data Bricks.
