**Key Responsibilities**
- **Data Architecture Design**: Lead the creation of scalable, secure, and high-performance data architectures to support business intelligence, reporting, and analytics.
- **Data Strategy Development**: Develop, implement, and maintain the bank’s data strategy, aligning it with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- **Data Modeling**: Design logical and physical data models that support transactional and analytical systems across the bank.
- **Data Governance & Quality**: Establish and enforce data governance policies, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
- **Cloud & On-premise Integration**: Lead the integration of cloud and on-premise data platforms, ensuring seamless data flows and optimal performance.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with business units, IT, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and implement solutions.
- **Data Security**: Ensure all data solutions adhere to industry standards for data security and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- **Performance Optimization**: Monitor and tune data systems for optimal performance and cost efficiency.
- **Mentorship**: Provide guidance and leadership to junior data engineers and architects.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- **Experience**: 8+ years of experience in data architecture, with at least 3 years in the banking or financial services sector.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Expertise in database management systems (SQL, NoSQL, etc.).
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong experience with ETL/ELT processes, data lakes, and data warehouses.
- Familiarity with data governance tools and practices (e.g., Collibra, Informatica).
- Understanding of industry regulations and standards related to data privacy and security.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CDMP, TOGAF) are a plus.
- **Soft Skills**: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
