Job Title: Senior Data Governance Specialist

  • Lead offshore Master Data teams to ensure expected SLA performance.
  • Standardize and automate processes with the help of NoCC teams to reach maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure correct/timely proceeding of supportive financial and non-financial operations.
  • Manage training, routine, people development, and other compliance activities.
  • Build relationships between the GCC, business units, and stakeholders.

Master Data Management Activities Execution (check and control):

  • Ensure Master Data teams are managed within agreed timescales and quality levels.
  • Quality check of master data setup to ensure infractions are corrected prior to impact on business operations or customer relationships.
  • End-to-end process management for managing master data in an efficient way.
  • Support project initiatives, including active participation.

General Management Activities:

  • Target management for MICS/Risk Management/Audit compliance, including creation of sustainability models and action plans for open issues.
  • Backup planning (100% for the teams).
  • Training tracking tool maintenance and elaboration of action plans to minimize knowledge gaps.
  • SLA/KPIs achievement and monthly updates, quality monitoring of team performance.
  • Maintenance/update of process training documentation as per EP standards.
  • Review and recommendation of enhancements for improving current workflows to increase efficiency.
  • Perform routine management (cascade, stand-up, one-to-one) in accordance with Excellence Programs.
  • Communication flow to and from teams (positive interaction with external parties, BU & ZCC employees).
  • Best practice sharing within overall businesses.
  • Assist in developing procedures for non-recurring transactions and events.

People Management Activities:

  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and safety training requirements.
  • Teamwork adequacy to perform duties and responsibilities.
  • Administrative people management.
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Execution of People Cycles in accordance with Excellence Programs.
  • Strategies the People plan and responsible for Project-related activities from Functional leads.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Master Data Management.
  • Proven track record of success in similar roles.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
