**Job Title:** Data Governance Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Data Governance Specialist to join our team. As a Data Governance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of our data assets.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data quality issues
  • Design and implement data management processes to ensure data integrity and consistency
  • Provide training and support to stakeholders on data governance best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with Collibra Workflows and asset model creation
  • Deep understanding of AI platforms such as Open AI and Bedrock
  • Experience with integration platforms like Snaplogic and Mulesoft
  • Proficient in one or more programming languages (Java, JavaScript, Groovy, Python)
  • Knowledge of CICD processes and tooling (e.g., GitHub)
  • Experience working in Dev-Ops teams using Kubernetes tools
  • Fantastic written and spoken English skills
  • Collaborative approach to delivery and enthusiasm for great documentation

Others:
  • Engineering degree in IT or Computer Science with minimum 10 years of experience
  • Knowledge and experience of Collibra Data Governance platform
  • Exposure to AI models, AI governance, and data policies and governance is an advantage
  • BASIC AWS knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent Jira skills including the ability to rapidly generate JQL on-the-fly
  • Creation of documentation in Confluence
  • Experience of Agile practices preferably having been part of an Agile team for several years
