Job Title: Senior Manager / AGM - Approvals & Coordination Liaison

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead Approvals & Coordination activities with various government departments. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of obtaining necessary approvals and clearances while effectively liaising with multiple authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate approvals with government departments, ensuring timely submission, follow-up, and closure in line with project requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with government officials and stakeholders.
  • Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to all applicable rules and guidelines.
  • Provide strategic inputs to senior management on approval timelines, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate internally with project, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth documentation and approvals.

Key Requirements:

  • 13+ years of relevant experience in handling approvals/liaising with government departments.
  • Proven expertise in dealing with statutory bodies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple approvals simultaneously with strict deadlines.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in infrastructure, utilities, or construction-related approvals.
