- Effectively explain our services and convert leads into successful enrollments.
- Conduct need-based counselling to understand the client's educational requirements.
- Deliver compelling online presentations and product demonstrations.
- Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Contact and follow up with prospective clients via inbound and outbound calls (leads are provided).
- Maintain updated records of communications and follow-ups.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in Outbound Sales, Admission Counselling, or a related role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Confident, soft-spoken, and customer-centric approach.
