Business Banking Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial solutions to meet the working requirements of our business banking customers.

Your primary objective will be to become the banking partner of choice for our customers by delivering best-in-class relationship management and customer experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Acquire new customers for business banking with a detailed understanding of credit assessment.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of liability, Forex, trade, and client relationships, delinquency management, relationship management, and analytical mindset.
  • Effectively manage your portfolio through continuous monitoring of accounts and renewals, enhancement, retention, and ensuring portfolio hygiene with minimal open deferral and covenants.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH BRANCH BANKING FOR CROSS-LEVERAGING & SYNERGY OPTIMIZATION AND WORK WITHIN THE OVERALL BANK ECOSYSTEM WITH OTHER STAKEHOLDERS.
  • Evaluate growth strategies based on competitor analysis and feedback from different channels and customers.
  • Recommend process changes to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network.
  • Demonstrate sales planning and conceptualizing promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Understand financial statements, credit Assessment, and title-security documents.
Requirements
  • Graduation: Any Discipline
  • Professional Qualification: Preferred Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Experience: 5-10 years of relevant branch banking experience
