Senior Financial Services Cloud Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional with in-depth knowledge of Salesforce FSC to drive successful implementation and customization of our financial services business processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the FSC data model, action plans, referrals, client lifecycle, and relationship management. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, and automation tools is also required.

  • Implement and configure Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to support financial services business processes.
  • Customize and extend FSC functionality using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Process Builder.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into FSC solutions.
  • Configure client data models, financial accounts, households, and relationship mapping within FSC.
  • Integrate FSC with core banking, CRM, and third-party applications via APIs and middleware.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and issue resolution for FSC implementations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years specifically in Financial Services Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of FSC data model, action plans, referrals, client lifecycle, and relationship management.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, and automation tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, profiles, and sharing rules.
  • Salesforce FSC Certification or Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Consultant Certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Immediate availability (mandatory).
