Job Title: Social Media Manager

ZoloStays is a leading provider of managed co-living spaces in India, catering to working professionals and students. With significant funding from Nexus Venture Partners, IDFC Alternatives, and Mirae Asset, we are rapidly expanding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with established processes and procedures related to social media management, content creation, and event promotions.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to promote our brand, engage our audience, and increase our following on various social media platforms.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content for social media posts, including images, videos, and written copy, that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
  • Promote upcoming events, product launches, and special promotions on social media platforms to generate excitement and increase attendance.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement on social media.
  • Analyze the impact of social media posts, evaluate the success of promotions, and compare planned versus actual costs to optimize future campaigns and initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Grow the number of followers across all social media platforms to expand our audience and reach new potential customers.
  • Improve the reach and engagement of our social media content by implementing effective promotion strategies and optimizing content for maximum visibility.
  • Adhere to posting frequency guidelines to maintain a consistent presence on social media platforms and keep our audience engaged.
  • Secure new collaborations and partnerships with influencers, brands, and organizations to enhance our brand visibility and reach.

Requirements:

We seek a highly skilled professional with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Skills:

A strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creative thinking, analytical skills, and proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms are also required.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹20,00,000 - ₹25,00,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
