Pega CSSA Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pega CSSA Engineer to fill this critical role.

As a Pega Dev Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing seamless onboarding processes and other related Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

You will work collaboratively in an agile squad with Ops engineers, business specialists, and other Pega Dev engineers. Our squad is part of the Global KYC Tribe, focusing on business delivery, and you will be part of a Pega Dev Chapter, emphasizing engineer craftsmanship. We use Agile-Scrum as our methodology, focusing on iterative and incremental software development in small multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in User Story refinement sessions
  • Analyzing requirements and requesting modifications or enhancements when necessary
  • Collaborating in design solutions
  • Implementing high-quality applications
  • Developing applications that leverage Pega out-of-the-box features
  • Creating or modifying Unit Tests when required
  • Participating in manual testing activities
  • Monitoring application quality proactively
  • Ensuring logs do not display unwanted messages or errors
  • Participating in Peer Review process
  • Resolving incidents and problems when necessary
