Job Overview

As a Release Train Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the delivery of complex software systems.

  • Lead cross-functional teams through Program Increment (PI) planning, system demos, and Agile ceremonies to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize features, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate cross-team dependencies and risks, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to enhance Agile maturity across teams, promoting transparency and collaboration.

Required Skills:

  • 12+ years of IT experience with at least 3-5 years in Release Train Engineering, Program Management, or Agile Delivery Leadership.
  • Proven expertise in running large-scale Agile Release Trains, with a strong understanding of scaled delivery practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
  • Exposure to critical financial systems, preferably Murex, with a solid understanding of Agile principles and program management.
