Job Title: Agile Project Lead

We are seeking a skilled Agile Project Lead to oversee the execution of projects using agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience with Full Remote work and be fluent in English.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects using iterative and flexible delivery methods;
  • Monitor team performance, sprint progress, and project metrics using Azure DevOps (ADO) dashboards;
  • Identify and resolve obstacles that may hinder team progress;
  • Ensure alignment with project goals by monitoring team progress.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master degree in relevant field;
  • Certified Scrum Master with +5 years of experience;
  • +5 years of experience as Agile project management;
  • Strong facilitation skills for agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives;
  • Ability to remove impediments and ensure smooth project execution;
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to foster a productive work environment;
  • Fluent in English.
