Virtual Event Manager

As a key member of our marketing team, you will oversee the planning and execution of webinars to engage our audience, promote our products, and drive lead generation.

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail to deliver exceptional virtual events that align with our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive event plan that aligns with company objectives.
  • Identify target audiences and create relevant, engaging webinar topics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to secure subject matter experts and ensure high-quality content.
  • Oversee the event lifecycle, including scheduling, promotion, registration, live delivery, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Manage the technical aspects of webinars, including platform setup, audiovisual coordination, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct rehearsals with presenters to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze event performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align event themes with campaigns and goals.
  • Collaborate with product marketing team to develop webinars that highlight key features and value propositions.
Marketing and Promotion:
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to create promotional materials, email campaigns, and social media content to maximize event attendance.
  • Leverage analytics tools to track and optimize promotional efforts.
Reporting & Optimization:
  • Track attendance, engagement, and feedback to measure event success.
  • Generate regular performance reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve event content, format, and delivery based on audience feedback and data insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in event management, virtual events, or digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with event platforms (ON24) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in US time zones.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing event performance metrics.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for delivering engaging virtual experiences.
