About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience, supported by a strong articleship background in audit, taxation, or finance.

This role offers comprehensive exposure to end-to-end finance operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and strengthening internal controls. The candidate should be proactive, analytical, and capable of contributing to strategic financial decisions while ensuring operational excellence.

The successful candidate will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards. They will also assist in monthly/quarterly & ad hoc investor reporting, ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities, support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis, analyze financial trends and performance metrics to provide actionable insights, ensure accounting accuracy and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, etc.), assist with internal and statutory audits and coordinate with auditors, help design and monitor internal control systems and processes, maintain accurate documentation and support implementation of best practices, work closely with business, legal, tax, and operational teams to ensure alignment and transparency in financial matters, and assist with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by management.

- Finance and accounting principles, laws, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with automation tools and technologies.
- Able to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
