Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Manager

As a seasoned financial operations professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's financial functions. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining compliance with statutory requirements, managing audits, and overseeing financial reporting.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act provisions.
  • Oversee statutory, internal, and tax audits, working closely with auditors and consultants to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Supervise and guide accountants to guarantee efficient day-to-day accounting operations.
  • Manage accounts for our company and sister concerns, ensuring accurate financial management and control.
  • Develop and implement effective financial controls, standardizing processes and ensuring timely reporting.
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow to optimize financial performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act compliance.
  • Hands-on experience in accounting, audits, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems, MS Excel, and other financial tools.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

Desirable Qualification & Experience:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (CMA) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience for a qualified CA/CMA, and 4-5 years for Non-CA (e.g., MBA Finance or equivalent).
