Senior Financial Operations Manager

About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving financial operations and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, general ledger, accounts receivable, payroll, and ensure adherence to all relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheet, income statements, cash flow statements, and other relevant metrics.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
Work closely with external auditors to share required audit data and ensure seamless audit processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
5-10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles.
Preferred Skills:
Strong understanding of GAAP, IND AS, and relevant regulations.
Exposure in handling GST & TDS compliance related matters.
Experience in preparation of GST related workings for filing of GST returns etc.
Extensive knowledge and understanding regarding accounting for inventory and fixed assets.
