Fashion Design Career Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Fashion Designer to create innovative western silhouettes and fusion wear.

  • Develop seasonal collections that align with brand aesthetics and fashion trends.
  • Create detailed illustrations, mood boards, and technical sketches using Adobe Photoshop and Corel Draw.
  • Source and experiment with fabrics, trims, and embellishments suitable for both western and fusion styles.
  • Translate design concepts into samples with the in-house team.
  • Collaborate with merchandising and production teams for smooth execution.

Trend & Market Research:

  • Stay updated with global and Indian trends in western and fusion fashion.
  • Analyze competitor collections and contribute ideas for differentiation.

Brand Aesthetics:

  • Maintain the identity of modern yet premium quality and detail.
  • Ensure every design reflects elegance, comfort, and commercial appeal.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in women's western or fusion fashion.
  • Portfolio of previous work (required).

Skills & Tools:

  • Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Corel Draw.
  • Fabric knowledge: Cotton, Rayon, Muslin, Chanderi, Silk, Blends & their drapes.
  • Design expertise: Western silhouettes, dresses, coord sets, fusion wear.
  • Strong visualization, sketching & digital illustration skills.
  • Knowledge of garment construction, patterns, and embroidery placement.
