Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead business growth over the next two years.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a multi-channel growth strategy (direct-to-consumer, business-to-business, institutional partnerships, gifting initiatives, exports).
  • Identify and establish new revenue streams and partnerships to expand our reach.
  • Own profit-and-loss responsibility, revenue targets, and bottom-line performance discipline.
  • Establish large-scale institutional tie-ups (hotels, corporations, events, wellness studios).
  • Expand gifting programs (corporate, seasonal, global collaborations).
  • Explore international markets via export partners and distributors.
  • Collaborate with internal/external teams on brand storytelling, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
  • Drive awareness through wellness, sustainability, and social impact narratives.
  • Build strategic alliances with chefs, influencers, and wellness partners.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, supply chain, operations).
  • Establish clear standard operating procedures and performance metrics for efficiency.
  • Mentor and grow the team, fostering an entrepreneurial culture.
  • Ensure alignment with our mission of empowering Himalayan communities.
  • Measure and communicate social impact alongside business success.
Requirements:
  • 7–12 years of experience in consumer brands, FMCG, direct-to-consumer, lifestyle, or wellness sectors.
  • A proven track record of scaling businesses beyond one channel (direct-to-consumer + business-to-business + partnerships).
  • Strong profit-and-loss, business development, and operational management experience.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with corporations, institutions, and partners.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable with ambiguity, hands-on, and ownership-driven.
  • A passion for wellness, sustainability, and purpose-driven brands is highly valued.
