Global Life and Wellness Coach Role

The Global Life and Wellness Coach will provide coaching sessions to clients via video or phone. They will support adults with goal-setting, building confidence, and encouraging action to achieve their goals for life challenges related to stress, relationships, career, health & wellbeing, and personal development areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver tele-coaching sessions to support members in developing the insights and skills necessary to create meaningful change and thrive in areas important to them.
  • Support clients in exploring, discovering, and growing in a safe, non-judgmental, and empowering space.
  • Maintain a calendar displaying availability and keep track of session notes in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with support teams whenever needed.
  • Provide culturally competent care upholding values of diversity and inclusion.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Actively credentialed with a globally recognized coaching body, including but not limited to the International Coaching Federation (ICF), European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), Association for Coaching (AC), or other regionally accredited bodies.
  • Minimum 100 hours of post-training coaching experience required.
  • Training and experience in evidence-based modalities, including NVC, NLP, EQ, MBSR, Somatic coaching, Positive Psychology, or Appreciative Inquiry.
  • Comfortable with technology and telehealth competent.
  • Committed to quality care and willing to expand capabilities and increase effectiveness.
