English Communication Trainer

We are seeking an experienced English Communication and Soft Skills Trainer to join our team. As a transformational trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact training programs that improve students' speaking fluency, presentation skills, and classroom performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adolescent psychology, child-sensitive teaching approaches, and the ability to connect with and motivate students effectively. They will also have excellent spoken and written English skills, as well as strong coaching abilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering engaging lessons on spoken English, pronunciation, listening, vocabulary in context, and applied grammar">
  • Running workshops on presentations, group discussions, mock-interviews, and interview boot camps">
  • Creating assessments and tracking measurable progress">
  • Mentoring students individually and collaborating with the academic team to integrate communication goals across curriculum and camps">

  • Strong soft-skills coaching ability and experience working with teens">
  • Deep understanding of adolescent psychology and child-sensitive teaching approaches">
  • Minimum 1 year classroom/training experience (school, coaching, corporate training preferred)">
  • Energetic, patient, empathetic, and outcome-focused">
  • Comfortable with technology (Google Classroom, Zoom, presentation tools)">
  • Hindi-English bilingual preferred to support transitional learning">
  • Extra credit: TESOL/TEFL/ELT or certifications in adolescent counselling/child psychology">
