As a Telehealth Transformational Life Coach, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to achieve meaningful and sustainable change in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver structured coaching sessions via video or phone calls to support clients in developing the skills and insights necessary for success.
  • Cultivate a growth-oriented environment by helping adults set and work towards achieving their goals, building confidence, and encouraging action.
  • Maintain an organized calendar to track availability and session notes, ensuring seamless communication with clients and support teams.
  • Collaborate with the provider support team and clinical care navigation team as needed to provide comprehensive support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Achieve active credentialing with a globally recognized coaching body (ICF, EMCC, AC, etc.).
  • Possess a minimum of 100 hours of post-training coaching experience.
  • Be trained in evidence-based modalities such as NVC, NLP, EQ, MBSR, Somatic coaching, Positive Psychology, and Appreciative Inquiry.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in telehealth and technology.
  • Show a commitment to quality care and a willingness to expand capabilities and effectiveness.
  • Exhibit ability to work independently with team support and opportunities for connections and collaboration.
