Technical Contact Center Specialist

Tata Consultancy Services is a leading global IT services company, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled Cisco Unified Contact Center-UCCE specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing Cisco UCCE solutions, as well as hands-on experience with ICM scripting and CVP call studio development. Additionally, they should be proficient in troubleshooting issues related to Cisco UCCE, Microsoft SQL, Windows server, and Active Directory environments.
