Contact Center Technology Expert Wanted

Servion Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Contact Center Technology Expert to join our team.

This role involves implementing and deploying Calabrio's WFO suite of products, including Quality Management (QM), Workforce Management (WFM), and Analytics.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure Calabrio's WFO suite, ensuring smooth integration with other systems.
  • Provide advanced-level technical support for any issues that may arise during implementation.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation of the implemented solutions.
  • Train clients on the effective use of Calabrio solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Technical Qualifications:
  • Advanced knowledge of contact center technologies and workflows.
  • Proficiency in SQL querying and data analysis.
  • CTI/ACD integration expertise.
  • Windows and Linux server administration experience.
  • Software support, network troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
  • Customer-centric approach.
  • Professional Experience:
  • At least 3 years of experience in the IT and professional services industry.
  • Track record of implementing and supporting software solutions.
  • Bonus points for experience with Calabrio's WFO suite of products (QM, WFM, Analytics).
