About Us: At Taggd, we are a dynamic organization that requires an experienced professional to lead our internal communications efforts. The ideal candidate will have 17+ years of experience in Journalism & Mass Communication or MBA, with fluency in Odia.

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Corporate Communication expert to develop and coordinate internal communications, ensure timely support to departments, and manage an internal communications team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication Strategy: Develop and implement effective internal communication systems to inform employees on plans and policies, supervise subordinate activities, and facilitate corporate brand building, business development, and events.
  • Budget Management: Propose a yearly budget for Internal Communication, control and monitor costs, and optimize savings.
  • Team Management: Manage an internal communications team, provide guidance and support, and ensure consistency with branding guidelines.
  • Content Creation: Develop and disseminate various communication tools and initiatives, ensuring consistency across all mediums and departments.
  • Feedback and Response: Respond to feedback from staff and adjust communications content accordingly.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform any other work allocated by Top Management based on Organization requirements.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Very strong verbal and written communication skills, with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills, ability to influence and handle sensitive situations, maintaining confidentiality.
  • IT Skills: IT skills including Microsoft Office proficiency, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Judgment and Interpretation: Good judgment and ability to interpret information.
  • Team Management: Good team management skills and ability to utilize available resources.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage own workload effectively, but also to be flexible and adapt/respond to emerging issues, short deadlines, and other demands or challenges.
  • Knowledge and Understanding: Good knowledge and understanding of various mediums of communication, printing, and production process.

Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
