Job Title: Senior Corporate Communications Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Communications Manager to join our team at Taggd.

About the Role:

The Senior Corporate Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective internal communications strategies to engage employees and promote the company's brand and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement internal communications plans to support business objectives
  • Manage and maintain the company's intranet, ensuring that it is up-to-date and user-friendly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and disseminate communications materials, including newsletters, posters, and presentations
  • Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders on internal communications matters
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communications initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform communications strategies
  • Manage an internal communications team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communications, with a focus on internal communications
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful internal communications strategies
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of digital communications tools and platforms
