About this position: We are looking for a seasoned Solutions Specialist to contribute to our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales Enablement:
    • Collaborate with sales teams to comprehend client needs and challenges.
    • Conduct thorough needs analysis and translate client requirements into compelling solution proposals.
    • Present engaging solution demos and presentations to both technical and business audiences.
    • Respond to RFPs and RFIs with high-quality, tailored responses.
  • Solution Development:
    • Create innovative solutions that address specific client needs and align with their strategic objectives.
    • Develop a compelling solution pitch for internal and external stakeholders with the right go-to-market strategy.
  • Market Expertise:
    • Maintain a deep understanding of the global ISV landscape, including latest technology trends and key regulatory requirements.
    • Stay informed about competitors and their offerings.
    • Contribute to thought leadership activities, such as point-of-view pieces, whitepapers, blog posts, or conference presentations.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with sales, product management, consulting, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and effective go-to-market strategy.
    • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's/MBA degree preferred.
    • 8+ years of overall experience with significant exposure to pre-sales, solutions consulting, or related roles within the IT services and products industry.
    • Good grasp of the ISV landscape, PE/VC value creation, and product engineering services.
    • Proven capability in consulting or program management for large-scale product engineering or digital transformation programs is desirable.
    • Familiarity with GenAI and Cloud computing is a plus.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Will to travel as required.
