About this Role

This is a high-level management position with responsibility for developing and managing content, coordinating with subject matter experts, and ensuring the quality of assessments.

Years of Experience :: 8 to 10

Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive questions bank
  • Creating engaging content - MCQs in General Knowledge & Current Affairs
  • Managing question banks:
  • Designing and structuring question banks; setting standards for writing and review
  • Tracking inventory and maintaining optimal levels of item availability
  • SME Management:
  • Defining selection criteria and strategy
  • Monitoring SME performance quality
  • Training and developing SME pools
  • Coordinating with SMEs for test development activities
  • Designing tests in areas of expertise and collaborating with SMEs on other domains
  • Supporting Lead Subject Admin in delivering projects and meeting organizational needs
  • Analyzing exam results and reporting to senior management

Qualifications

  • Subject matter expertise in school subjects up to 12th level as per NCERT syllabus
  • Broad understanding of education systems in India and relevant curricula
  • Experience in assessment and evaluation within the education sector
  • Strong written and spoken English skills
  • Good command over spoken Hindi
