Director of Clinical Psychology Services

Serving as a Director of Clinical Psychology Services, you will have the opportunity to lead clinical psychology services, develop treatment plans, supervise junior staff, and ensure high standards of care are met.

We are seeking an individual with a Master's (M.Phil) / Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology or equivalent and registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) as a Clinical Psychologist with 8+ years of experience and at least 4 years in a leadership position.

The ideal candidate should possess strong domain knowledge in healthcare and leadership capability. Strategic thinking, advanced clinical expertise, and the ability to influence patient care strategies are key attributes for success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting IPD sessions daily
  • Maintaining residents engaged through activities
  • Conducting OPD at Sukoon Health
  • Maintaining the highest standards of clinical care
  • Maintaining a patient-first approach by the therapy team through effective team supervision, regular case discussions, clinical guidance, and mentorship
  • Conducting psychological assessments
  • Executing clinical programs as directed by Clinical Center Head and Executive Director-Psychiatry Services
  • Assisting in PR activities through workshops and CMEs
