About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Coordinator to join our team in Mumbai. As a key member of our medical office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and assist clients, patients, and visitors with courtesy and professionalism.
- Schedule appointments and manage phone calls efficiently.
- Manage front desk operations, maintaining accurate records and ensuring effective communication within the office.
- Experience in appointment scheduling and receptionist duties.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and managing front desk operations.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Previous experience in a medical setting is highly desirable.
