About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Global Payroll Technology Lead to support our SAP HCM & Payroll environments and peripheral systems. In this role, you will be a key contributor to translating requirements provided by stakeholders and providing tasks and guidance to the developers and support teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configuration of US and Global Payroll and Benefit components: wage types, gross payroll, deductions, tax authorities and tax models, health plans, insurance plans, savings plans, flexible spending plans, and integration of benefits with payroll.
  • Provide production support for bi-weekly payrolls, including analyzing and providing solutions for problems found during live payroll cycles.
  • Liaise between business owners and technical teams to communicate changes related to project/ticket updates, preparation, data analysis, documentation, and maintenance of BSI interfaces with 3rd party vendors for benefits, ACH, and check payments, and taxes.
  • Create testing data using Epi-Use Data Sync Manager, compare payroll results using Epi-Use Variance Monitor, and create reports using Epi-Use Query Manager.
  • Assist in payroll year-end activities and payroll adjustments for W-2 processing.
  • Implement SAP notes as they relate to system maintenance and problem resolutions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8 to 10 years of experience supporting US SAP Payroll and Employee benefit integrations.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  • At least 2 life cycle projects from Blueprinting to Go-live.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills applied in a constantly changing fast-paced environment.
  • Working with both offshore teams as well as third-party vendors is preferred.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, based on national averages in the United States. This figure takes into account factors such as location, industry, level of experience, and required qualifications.
