About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage partner relationships and drive compliance within our organization.

About the Role

This position involves managing strong partner connections, facilitating effective negotiations, and ensuring adherence to security standards across all partner engagements.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with customer service partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Contributing to procurement activities, including business requirement scoping, vendor selection strategy, location assessments, RFP administration, and contract negotiations.
  • Building governance mechanisms and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and escalation matrices to deliver effective partner performance.
  • Reviewing and auditing partner invoices, billing back-up data, and contributing to projects related to broader auditing requirements.
  • Ensuring adherence to security standards across all partner engagements.
  • Developing business continuity and disaster recovery plans to safeguard service delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A graduate degree with 8-10 years of experience in managing partner relationships and driving compliance within the e-commerce industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Proven negotiation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with external partners.
  • Clear and impactful communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, apply insights, and leverage technical acumen to drive outcomes.
