Job Title: Spatial Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled spatial designer with hands-on experience in design tools. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of professional experience and be proficient in software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Enscape, Vray, Lumion, 3ds max, and Coohom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs for interior, exterior, and product design projects.
  • Refine 2D layouts and technical drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Utilize SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, and Coohom to produce photorealistic visualizations.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements.
  • Present creative concepts, mood boards, and 3D design solutions to clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain accuracy in design outputs, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, rendering techniques, and software advancements.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a spatial designer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in the following software:
  • SketchUp
  • AutoCAD (2D)
  • Enscape
  • 3ds max
  • Lumion
  • Coohom Software
    • Strong visualization skills with attention to detail, lighting, textures, and materials.
    • Good understanding of architectural and interior design concepts.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Familiarity with AR/VR tools and emerging visualization technologies.
  • Experience in client presentations and design coordination.
