We are seeking an experienced and skilled Spatial Design Leader to oversee design deliverables, client communication, and project execution. Your expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and P&L understanding will be invaluable in maintaining alignment on design, cost, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage design output for commercial and hospitality interiors.
- Collaborate with sales and design leadership to develop project briefs and drive client presentations.
- Act as project in-charge for design deliverables and client communication.
- Supervise and mentor design teams to ensure high-quality, innovative, and functional designs.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
- Drive cross-department coordination to maintain alignment on design, cost, and execution.
- Provide leadership in budgeting, scheduling, and P&L understanding.
- Take ownership of client satisfaction and issue resolution throughout project execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in commercial and hospitality interior design.
- Proven track record in leading high-profile projects with outstanding design quality.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with clients.
- Deep knowledge of materials, costing, GFC details, and project execution.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and process orientation.
- Ability to lead teams with entrepreneurial mindset and ownership.
- Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
