Job Opportunity: Senior Plumbing Designer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed design concepts, schematics, and construction drawings for plumbing and firefighting systems.
  • Develop tender drawings of plumbing and firefighting systems to meet client requirements.
  • Prepare technical notes as needed for projects.
  • Produce and submit shop drawings for review and resubmission.
  • Select and procure materials for submission to clients.
  • Engage with suppliers to request quotations and technical documents.
  • Accurately take off bill of quantities (BOQ) for firefighting and plumbing systems.
  • Compile information on design specifications, materials, equipment, estimated costs, and construction timelines.
  • Collaborate with consultants to determine MEP system function and spatial requirements.
  • Closely coordinate with electrical, mechanical, architectural, and structural teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Direct the activities of team members in preparing drawing and specification documents.
  • Plan project layouts and develop scale drawings as required.
  • Work with supervisors to prepare technical reports and oversee on-site installations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10-25 years of experience in a related field.
