We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team at Nap Chief. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for launching and scaling high-return-on-investment campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) & Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads (Direct-to-Consumer or agency), be passionate about numbers, data, and dashboards, and be confident with Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager & Sheets.

You will work closely with our founders and experienced marketers to experiment with new ideas, test bold campaigns & see immediate impact. You will also have the opportunity to shape the future of a high-growth Direct-to-Consumer brand in India.

In this role, you will:

  • Launch and scale → Run high-return-on-investment campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) & Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Optimize relentlessly → Track return on ad spend, customer acquisition cost, click-through rate, conversions, and squeeze out better results daily
  • Test like a pro → Lead structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, landing pages & targeting
  • Collaborate with creatives → Turn fun, bold ideas into ads that actually convert
  • Dive into data → Analyze campaigns, uncover insights, and translate numbers into next steps
  • Manage budgets wisely → Maximize every rupee spent for the biggest impact
  • Stay curious → Explore new paid platforms (YouTube, Snapchat, etc.) to keep us ahead of the curve
