Senior Financial Leader

A Chartered Accountant with a Senior Manager designation is required to lead financial tasks at a leading company. The role involves auditing financial statements, preparing balance sheets and profit/loss accounts, ensuring financial compliance, providing financial advisory services, evaluating accounting systems, conducting forensic accounting investigations, analyzing financial reports, and reviewing budgets.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Auditing the financial statements of companies
  • Filing income tax returns on behalf of individuals and businesses
  • Preparing balance sheets and profit/loss accounts
  • Ensuring financial compliance with laws and regulatory standards
  • Providing financial advisory services to clients
  • Evaluating accounting systems and suggesting improvements
  • Conducting forensic accounting investigations
  • Analyzing financial reports to recommend strategies to enhance profitability and growth
  • Preparing business performance reports for management
  • Reviewing budgets, payroll, investments and other finances

Requirements:

  • Experience as a head of operations or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of business functions.
  • Solid knowledge of data analytics.
  • Strong mathematical literacy.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership qualities.
  • A strategic thinker.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
