Finance Consultant Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to lead the implementation, configuration and optimization of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) for financial consolidation and close processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Oracle FCCS for financial consolidation and close processes ensuring efficient and accurate financial consolidations.
  • Work with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions within the FCCS platform.
  • Configure and manage financial close workflows, designing data integration strategies between Oracle FCCS and other ERP/financial systems.
  • Provide expertise in intercompany eliminations, FX revaluation, and consolidation adjustments.
  • Develop and configure financial reporting solutions using Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, and Narrative Reporting.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting and optimizing the system for performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and user adoption.
  • Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the Oracle EPM platform.

Required Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
