We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with extensive Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) expertise to spearhead enterprise-scale initiatives.

This role requires the ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring successful delivery of projects from inception to deployment.

  • Lead end-to-end project management for Oracle EBS initiatives, including upgrades, integrations, customizations, and new implementations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of total IT experience, with at least 5+ years in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) projects.
  • Strong project management experience with proven delivery of complex Oracle ERP initiatives.
  • In-depth functional knowledge of Oracle EBS modules (Finance & SCM).
  • Strong technical expertise in Oracle EBS architecture, customizations, extensions, and integrations.
  • Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL programming – writing queries, stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and ITIL best practices.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
