Nuwizo Digital is seeking a skilled Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our campaign management efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.

We are offering a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful campaigns for established brands and driving measurable results. You will work closely with our creative teams to produce engaging and brand-consistent content, and oversee campaign workflows to ensure all deliverables are on time and within budget.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Campaign Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns tailored to target audiences.
    • Define campaign objectives, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
  • Execution & Management:
    • Plan, coordinate, and implement multi-channel campaigns (SEO, social media, email, paid ads, etc.).
    • Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging and brand-consistent content.
    • Oversee campaign workflows, ensuring all deliverables are on time and within budget.
  • SEO & Digital Performance Marketing:
    • Optimize website content and structure to enhance search engine rankings.
    • Manage performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), , and more.
    • Monitor and improve organic and paid search performance using analytics and reporting tools.
  • Brand Management:
    • Work with established brands to ensure campaigns align with their identity and messaging.
    • Maintain consistency in tone, design, and messaging across all marketing efforts.
  • Analytics & Optimization:
    • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, including ROI and customer acquisition costs.
    • Leverage data insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, development) and external vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution.
    • Act as the point of contact for stakeholders, presenting progress and results effectively.
  • Market Trends & Competitor Analysis:
    • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO, and consumer behavior.
    • Conduct competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in campaign management, with hands-on expertise in SEO and performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Experience managing paid ad campaigns and optimizing performance for established brands.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
  • Creative problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
