Job Title: Product Engineer

The Product Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturable product designs, driving standardization and ensuring customer feedback is integrated into every iteration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain technical product drawings for products.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to standardize manufacturing processes as per drawings.
  • Work with design and operations teams to balance aesthetics, function, and manufacturability.
  • Integrate user/customer feedback into product development cycles.
  • Conduct feasibility studies on new designs, materials, and joinery methods.
  • Support quality checks and product testing for durability, ergonomics, and usability.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure version control for product designs.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of engineering experience, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
  • Understanding of materials, joinery, and manufacturing processes.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on practical implementation.
  • Exposure to product testing and standardization.
  • Passion for design and interest in the furniture/home lifestyle industry.
