Key Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential leads, customers and business partners to drive sales growth.

  1. Connect with potential clients via calls, emails or virtual meetings to understand their needs and offer suitable product service solutions.
  2. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services that meet the customer's needs and preferences.
  3. Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our products and services.
  4. Build trust and credibility with customers by delivering high-quality products and services that exceed their expectations.
  5. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly targets for calls, demos and sales conversions.
  6. Develop and maintain accurate records of leads, prospects and customer interactions on our CRM system.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and exceed expectations while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in using CRM software to manage customer interactions and data analysis.
