  • Security and patching: Identifying and addressing OS vulnerabilities through timely patching and maintenance.">
  • Hardware and OS issue resolution: Collaborating with vendors to resolve hardware and OS-related issues.">
  • Log rotation and file system management: Managing log files, file system usage, permissions, and ownership to maintain system health.">
  • Implementation and adherence: Executing changes as per application and DB team requirements at the OS level.">
  • Compliance and service management: Ensuring SLA compliance, adhering to wirpo and customer processes while handling BAU tasks.">
  • Server access and bootable issues: Troubleshooting and resolving server access and bootable issues, including fixing grub.">
