About this role

We are seeking a seasoned digital marketing professional to lead our paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid advertising strategies on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other channels.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-action (CPA), click-through rate (CTR), return on ad spend (ROAS), and provide regular performance reports.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform targeting decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Design and implement A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to optimize campaign performance.
  • Maintain campaign budgets, forecast spends, and ensure high return on investment (ROI) delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and platform updates.
Required Skills:
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and other paid social channels.
  • Proficiency in campaign optimization and conversion tracking using tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) basics to align paid and organic strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Experience managing multiple client campaigns in an agency environment.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising and marketing automation tools.
